Moreover, tank-mounted compressors allow the devices to be installed directly at the workstations, thus reducing the risk of leaks and pressure drops. They are also cheaper to install. Our offer includes tank-mounted compressors in oil and oil-free versions. Oil-free screw compressors provide compressed air with purity class 0 - i.e. 100% free from oil contamination.
Oil-lubricated screw compressors are available with a refrigerant dryer, which improves the air purity class by eliminating moisture by up to 80%. Depending on the requirements regarding the quality of the medium, the devices can also be equipped with pre-filters, oil and air filters that improve the technical parameters of the compressed gas. Some types of compressors may additionally have water-oil separators or a cyclone separator with automatic condensate drain.
