SCK 6-15 to constant speed screw compressors equipped in a belt drive. The compressors are available in four models with power ranging from 4 to 11kW. The devices are exceptionally durable and economical, including: thanks to low service costs. They will prove themselves in the most difficult working conditions.
SCK 6-15 compressors to single-stage compressors with belt drive, whose feature is energy saving and quiet operation. The devices use: effective filtration system composed of oil and compressed air filters, so they can operate even in the most difficult conditions.
Advantage SCK 6-15 compressors are low assembly costs and low operating costs. The well-thought-out design allows them to be contained in a small housing, which means they take up little space and generate low installation costs. The piping system has been designed to ensure minimal risk of pressure drops.
The SCK 6-15 models are used asymmetric screw element guaranteeing reliability and efficiency of devices. The belt drive design ensures easy access, simple servicing and minimal slippage. Compressors also have the advantage maximum efficiency and alignment guarantee. In addition, the belt drive has been separated from other components of the device.
Oil screw compressors SCK 6-15 have oversized cooling system air or oil, thus ensuring increased efficiency, low operating temperature, extended service life and fewer servicing activities.
SCK 6-15 compressors are equipped with: modern, clear and intuitive Air Control 5.0 controller (Air Control 5.1 controller also available as an option) with a large display.
SCK 6-15 screw compressors are available in many configuration options including 4 power variants - from 4 to 11kW and air flow from 36 to 102 m3/ H. Can be equipped with pressure tank with a capacity of 270 or 500 l, which was hidden in the device casing. The use of a tank ensures compensation of pressure fluctuations in the installation. The SCK 6-15 compressor can also be optionally equipped with refrigeration dryer with a pressure dew point of <+3oC.
Devices equipped with a dehumidifier are delivered with water separator, the operation of which translates into the elimination of 85% of water, which relieves the work of the steam trap. This solution results in even greater savings in terms of compressor operation and also increases reliability of devices powered by compressed air and extends their service life.
