The Allegro 11-22E oil screw compressor is available in 4 engine powers and 2 maximum pressure variants (10 and 13 bar). It is available in a free-standing version, with a dehumidifier and on a tank. The Allegro 11-22E variable speed screw compressor is intended for industrial applications, including small plants. Can operate in the harshest conditions.
The Allegro 11-22E compressor provides high efficiency in terms of free air flow and working flow of 78%. Thanks to the use of a variable drive that adjusts the amount of compressed air to the needs of the process, and IE3 TEFC - IP55 class F engines from Siemens Motors, the compressor allows you to save up to 35% of the costs related to electricity consumption.
The Allegro 11-22E compressor has the option of recovering up to 75% of the consumed energy. The recovered heat generated during air compression can be used for other tasks in the plant. The efficient exchanger used allows for even greater savings in energy costs.
The Allegro 11-22E variable speed compressor emits noise up to 69 dB(A), which means it can be installed directly at the workplace, without the need to build a compressor room. This reduces installation costs, electricity consumption to cover pressure drops and the risk of leaks.
The Allegro 11-22E compressor is equipped with an Air Control 5.1 controller, which ensures optimal operation monitoring, convenient operation of the device and transmission of information about errors and service schedules. The controller is equipped with a clear graphical interface that allows intuitive work with the compressor. Moreover, the controller can be used to operate up to 6 compressors.
The Allegro 11-22E variable speed compressor can be optionally equipped with a cyclone separator with automatic drain that removes up to 90% of moisture. Built-in refrigerated dryers, also available as an option, ensure maximum moisture removal. An additional advantage is the possibility of equipping the compressor with bipolar filters (G+C).
