SpiralAir is an oil-free scroll compressor designed for the most demanding applications in terms of compressed air purity. Its advantage is the complete lack of risk associated with contamination of the compressed medium with oil particles. SpiralAir provides Class 0 compressed air in accordance with the ISO 8573-1 standard.
The device is efficient, reliable and economical in operation. The devices are available in 9 power versions and 2 pressure versions.
SpiralAir screw compressors use scroll compressor technology ensuring efficient and flexible operation. Compressors work well in the most demanding works where the quality of compressed air is crucial - in laboratories, operating rooms, dental offices or in the production of food and beverages. Zero risk of contamination of the medium by oil particles means there is no risk of product scraps or losses related to downtime of production processes.
SpiralAir screw compressors are adapted to work in both processes requiring constant and variable demand for compressed air. In case of variable demand, "Multi" devices are used, equipped with many spiral modules that use variable flow technology.
SpiralAir compressors are characterized by a simple and reliable design. A small number of moving parts ensures that the machines operate failure-free while maintaining a long service interval. Their advantage is quiet operation, which allows compressors to be installed at workstations. A wide range of devices with various technical parameters also means that they can be flexibly adapted to the needs of each plant.
