Allegro 76-110 direct drive screw compressors are variable speed devices with high efficiency and energy efficiency. The Allegro 76-110 group of variable speed compressors has many additional options, thanks to which the devices can be adapted to the individual needs of each plant.
The compressors are available in 3 power versions and 2 working pressure versions, i.e. in the range of 4-10 bar and 4-13 bar.
Allegro 76-110 screw compressors operate at variable speed, which allows you to adjust the amount of compressed air produced to the needs of the process in real time. The valve behind the compressing element has also been removed, thanks to which Allegro 76-110 achieves lower pressure drops.
The use of a turbine fan also has an impact on lower energy consumption, which not only ensures lower energy consumption, but also cools the device more effectively. An efficient cooling system also extends the life of the compressor.
An energy recovery system is available as an option, which allows you to capture excess heat and use it for other purposes in the plant, including: to heat the production hall.
Allegro 76-110 variable speed compressors are equipped with built-in air filters that protect the device against dust. The filters have a 2-micron-thick corrugated insert, which is more effective thanks to its larger filtering surface.
Options include a built-in refrigerant dryer, which reduces the risk of pipe corrosion, and a built-in water separator with automatic drain.
The Allegro 76-110 compressor is equipped with an intelligent Airlogic controller with a large, color touch screen. Its task is to monitor the operation of the device, indicate warnings, and provide information about the service schedule. The driver allows you to monitor the device online.
If you use the Allegro 76-110 variable speed compressor as one device operating in a group of compressors, we recommend using the ECOntrol 6 controller. This solution allows you to optimize joint operation in groups of 4 to 6 compressors, including minimizing the pressure range while maintaining constant pressure in the system.
