Allegro 110-160 variable speed rotary screw compressors deliver the amount of compressed air adjusted to the system's needs in real time. As a result, they allow for high savings in electricity consumption and minimize losses. Allegro 100-160 also provide 5% higher efficiency than the previous VSD model.
The high energy efficiency of the Allegro 110-160 compressor is also influenced by the energy recovery system, which captures heat and transfers it to other uses in the plant.
Allegro 110-160 variable speed screw compressors ensure efficient operation at high room temperatures - up to 46oC. The switch cabinet can withstand temperatures up to 55oC. The compressor can operate in high dust and high humidity conditions, which is due to the built-in ID66 drive system.
The intuitive Airlogic110T controller was used to monitor and control the operation of the Allegro 160-2 rotary screw compressor. The large touch screen supports warning indicators and a service schedule indicator. Another advantage of Airlogic2T is the ability to visualize compressor operating conditions online.
To control a group of compressors, which includes the Allegro 110-160 variable capacity compressor, it is recommended to use the ECOntrol 6 central control system. This device allows you to synchronize the operation of all compressors in order to optimize their operation, extend the life of devices and components and reduce energy consumption.
